In our one-on-one sessions, you'll go beyond traditional talk therapy. We’ll explore self-discovery and build on your strengths with personalized practices and guides. Whether you're navigating grief or a life transition, you'll gain daily coping skills to manage the new emotions that accompany each chapter—whether big or small.

  • Bonus circles in person if client is in Austin, TX

The Healing Circle is a transformative space where you can laugh, cry, shout, and be your true self while navigating your grief. In this supportive environment, you'll connect with others who understand your pain and share in the journey of healing.

Over four months, you’ll receive a comprehensive, individualized grief guide tailored to your needs. The circle is virtual with optional in-person meetings in Austin, offering flexible scheduling to fit your life. Join us to find empathy, insight, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your grief.
